A wonderful opportunity to see wildflowers this time of the year! The Woodland Trail meanders past trickling streams, wide ravines, meadows and glacial hills. Located within the village’s boundaries, the diversity of natural environment is surprising. Bring your camera and good humor to have a nice outing with other enthusiasts.

Distance: 3.5 kilometers
Difficulty: moderate. Trail well marked but with some steep inclines, rough spots or obstacles.
Trail surface: natural with some bridges and boardwalks
Trail Hazards: some poison ivy to avoid
Preparation: sturdy shoes, water, insect repellent. Check weather report, dress accordingly.
