Feb 5 and 12: Winter Hikes at Varna Nature Trails, Saturdays at 11am
Hikers of all ages are welcome to join a guided walk on the Taylor and Mavis Trails. The Taylor Trail is an easy 1km loop through the woods, while the Mavis is a more challenging 2.5km circuit to the Bayfield River. Hikers may choose to do one or both, with the full distance taking about 90 minutes. Trail conditions will be snowy or icy, so warm clothes, a walking pole, and snow/ice cleats are recommended.
