A leisurely hike through the Village of Bayfield revealing the dedicated work of the Bayfield Tree Project over the past ten years. Over 500 trees of different species have been planted, watered and maintained by volunteers during that time. This walk will meander through the streets and right-of-ways around town, identifying the areas where trees have been planted, and celebrating the success of this local, grassroots community project.
Meet at the pavilion in Clan Gregor Square, 2:00 pm, Sunday June 16. Hike suitable for everyone - strollers, leashed dogs welcome! Approximately 1.5 hours.
